STFU workout abbh 1 …workout 2

BB Front squats

5x10= 115 pounds (personal best)

Hanging Pikes
(done with the assisted machine this is what it looked like) http://us.st12.yimg.com/us.st.yimg.com/I/bigfit_2016_714568413

5x10= all sets complete but last was real hard

Standing Calf Raise
(done with machine obviously)

5x10=115 pounds

Was real stoked. Cause i went in there and also got all in the 100 poundage. Will say very amazed at front squats. I am sure i will feel it later…aka tomorrow. But just am like stoked right now .

Thanks Trav and canda and people believing i could get more weight.

ok so now that out of the way lol

Dips

5x10=
2x10=needed assisted at 20 pounds
2x10=needed assisted at 30 pounds
1x10=needed assisted at 40 pounds

Chins

5x10=

   3x10=need assisted at 60 pounds
   2x8=need assisted at 60 pounds

Ok so this is worst exercise i totally struggled and so sore as heck even after. never had that much pump . but i tried and i guess i will be moving with less weight until i can do it with my own body weight. but good workout never the less.

I apologize for taking so long; it appears that I have the flu.

Don’t use the assisted machines and you know better than that. lol That is why you put the “lol” after it:) I know you want to lift more weight but do the dips and chins with bodyweight until you can manage proper form. It’s a kick in the ego but it’s better for you in the long-run.

What are you doing stretch and mobility-wise currently?

i can barely get 3 on both then max out. but i figured that way i can build up to it. cause then what would i do after i can only get 3 on each. i suck at these. …and nothing stretch and mobility wise

i figure i could ween myself off of it after i get strong enuf . guess i was wrong in that thinking

msm…

lol Shhhhhhhhhh!

I will send you some stretching/recovery things but it will have to be in the morning. They’re on the computer in my son’s room.

I suck at chins too but one day I won’t. Dips were hard at first but I can do them now. So will you be able to.

so how should i approach or do the dips or chins ?just do as many reps as i can do for five or ten sets. cause i get three on one set and boom done lol . thats why i thought assisted would be better than none. and sore from them yesterday

Try these instead: DeFrancosTraining.com - Band assisted chin-ups - YouTube Bands are very inexpensive.
