Day 3, good for you! Sounds like you’re very busy with work.
I am leaving in a few hours for Cincinnati and won’t be around until Tuesday of next week but you stay at it. You’re doing great:)
Don’t apologize for your log. Work and gym come first. You can always update your log when you have time.
Good luck!
thanks and doing it …is it right i dont feel sore? also nutrition info when u get back. Oh wow ur really close to me. I live in louisville ky . 1.5 hours away from cincinnasty… lol
Cincinnasty? lol I love Louisville, btw! Drove through there on my way to Florida once and there are some of the nicest people there that I’ve ever met.
There is nothing wrong with you if you don’t feel sore, no. Some people get sore, some don’t. If you do happen to get sore though, try a bath with epsom salts and that should provide at least some temporary relief.

Yes, don’t be afraid of cardio, just be smart about it. Steady state and interval training both work for burning fat. The biggest thing is diet, of course.

You know it;)
Cincy was just amazing. To see the majority of lifters that I look up to and follow all in one room was overwhelming. Didn’t get to speak to any of the ladies but the guys I did speak with were incredible and so very nice.
Who is feeling good and looking great? I hope you mean yourself because I know I sure don’t right now. lol
Seriously though, stay away from the Smith machine. You are doing a strength program.
I dont know what your current space/money situation is but a home gym would be a good fit givin your situation. TRUST me your not gona want to go the gym 15 mins away on your bike when its raining or snowing in january. If your weights are at your house you have no reason not to lift.
If you look on craigslist they always got weight sets/benches at low prices. A weight is a weight, brand new it could cost 50 bucks at a yard sale it could cost 5, still weighs the same.
newbie2bb wrote:
will do i hear and i obey lol …also can u send that nutritional guide u have please thanks and down with the smith machine
Yes, I most certainly will. Ignore the anabolics part of it though or I will hurt you:) Just read the nutrition info.
Just keep in mind that as you read this, the information is very generalized and I do not believe that it is right for everyone. Nutrition is so very individualized that I couldn’t even begin to get into it here. Your needs are different than mine are different from everyone else on this site. It will however give you a good understanding of the nutrients and their values. Also, I would not suggest delving into the supplement part of it yet. Eat food. Whole food!
You are going to get me in trouble over the Smith machine you know:)
