I’m 21, 175 lbs, 10% BF, 5’11. Been consistently dicking with weights for a year. My sticking point is sticking to routines. I’m hoping this log combats that.
Goals are 5RMS for the following: squat 300 lbs, bench 250, and deadlift 350. I’m following Rippetoe’s program until I plateau. Then I’ll switch to Starrs 5x5.

I habitually miss the gym during breaks like Christmas. I haven’t heavily lifted in a while, so I spent some sets determining 5 RMs, while maintaining perfect form. Everyone should read Rippetoe’s descriptions of the basic lifts.
SQT: 3x5x155
BP: 3x5x165
DL: 1x5x175
My bench is higher than my squat because I’ve benched longer than I’ve squatted. I’m expecting my squat to rocket quickly though - none of these numbers are PRs. PR 5RMs are 255, 200, and 225, respectively.
Diet is not crucial to me. I eat clean and at maintenance level. Slow gains are fine if I both increase LBM and decrease BF%.
