I am in three weeks time going to embark on Chad Waterbury’s “…Frontier” program. So I am really looking for a template/spreadsheet in Excel and I haven’t been able to find it yet.
Maybe someone could be my personal saviour and PM me the whereabouts of this program?
Though I am still considering doing a different CW program, mostly because of possible time-problems. What could you recommend? I am imagining 4 days a week with a hell lot of mass being emphasized.
Here’s the one I’m using. I tried to find the original link but I couldn’t, so I just cleared out my numbers for ya. I’ll be finished with Phase II after tomorrow, myself, and I’m loving it so far.

Where is it? Not so much into the whole slang-terminology since I’m a dane (Denmark)

Thank you for the link, but more specifically I was looking for an excel template where I’d have the luxury of just plotting my numbers in and then it’d give me what to lift etc.
If there is such a template, that is.
I am using one for my 4-week Sheiko B2 cycle, and it’s so much easier.

Sorry, I thought I attached it but apparently that only works for pictures here. Oh well.
