I’m currently running BBB/FSL in Jims 531 Forever book, for those that dont knoe you do 5s Pro for your working sets and than do 5x10 of your first workimg set percantage. My question is in the same book in the BBB templates he has a template where you can do the supplemental work for the squat on both the squat and deadlift days and also do the same for bench press or press, would I be able to run this template with the BBB/FSL?
For example: FIRST WEEK EXAMPLE
MONDAY: Deadlift 5s PRO than Squat 5x10 @ 65% TM for squat
TUESDAY: Press 5s PRO than Bench Press 5x10 @ 65% TM for BP
THURSDAY: Squat 5s PRO than Squat 5x10 @ 65% TM for squat
FRIDAY: Bench Press 5s PRO tha. Bench Press 5x10 @ 65% TM for Bench Press
is that a typo or your doing 5x10 squat and bench twice a week? if so dont do this.
i kept the same exercise for the fsl 5x10 sets, your already fresh and it works. How do you plan on doing it this way for two cycles at least? thats a huge amount of volume.
