Are talking about Tony’s video or my fat bar?
I didn’t think I’d read that right the first time through, the 405x10x5 that is. I still don’t understand, not having a frame of reference. Amazing work!
Holy guacamole. Great squatting.
That is some fuggen great work.
Thanks for the kind comments. I’m so hoping busting my ass like this pays off somehow. Bigger legs would be nice. One more week before a de-load.
I never thought anyone would watch that video when I hung it on youtube…

Meat, you know I am much too lazy to post videos. That is just my clone.
Steve, that is just phenomenal! I was thrilled to get a triple at 405#…but 60 of them in sets of 10?
That is just awesome!
I’m gonna go hide in the corner of my weight room.

After the 6 sets I was lying in the corner of my basement twitching. It wasn’t pretty.

You should see what he keeps in his closet.

That would be level 8 on the workout scale. Level 9 is blood from the ears, eyes and sweat glands. Nobody mentions level 10 but it is survivable. I think I’m about level 4 and need to step it up a few notches. Next stop, the backyard hill sled challenge.

Steve, you said you wouldn’t tell anyone about my Ricky Martin pictures. So what if I want to live the Vida Loca…

I like the scale OP. Can’t wait for your sled challenge. I need to get the sled dusted off myself.
