Yes shouting “Out you devil” as you drag the tire is the part that makes it hard. to really up the difficulty, it should be done in public park on a weekend.[/quote]
With soccer moms and small children about. Boy, are we bad
Swinging a hammer is weird? Try running around the neighborhood in a kilt throwing one. You have me convinced to get a tire. Do you take it off the car before dragging it? You’re having some great workouts.

I need to find a good outdoor activity to scare my country club neighbors with.
I already have them a bit worried at the local gym.
Cleaning my guns on the porch doesn’t seem to work.
Maybe a combo prowler, tire throw, beer keg toss would get the home owners association on me.
I love stirring up the neighbors.

The Prowler right down the middle of the road will get you stares, I can promise you.
Meat, video would be boring. Fat,old guy dragging a used tire lifting rocks most people want off their property.
Harry,my wife said no extra cars in the yard
Rug,take the tire off the car. You’re ruining the lawn.
OP,if you’re not doing some training outside you’re missing out.I’d be a nervous neighbor watching you clean your guns.
BG,screw the neighbors. They stop looking after a while.
Jack, you’ve got balls pushing the prowler down the street.

I vote for a keg toss in the back yard. Working your way to full one, Good pressing on the MP’s, thats a lot of volume. And, if you leave the tire on the car; it forces you work on your aim, as well as obliques.
Or keg drag, drink, fall down and puke. See what I can do.

semi-sumo deads 315x3,405x3,455x1
regular deads 315x3,1,1 225x1,1
tons of stone lifting
Deads just sucked tonight so I really backed off. I want to try a cycle of conventional deads. I’ve never really done them.
The hole was dug today starting my in-law apartment. Several new awesome stones were unearthed that are now part of my collection. I shouldered a stone tonight I haven’t been able to before. Made up for the suck ass deadlifting.

We don’t get much gun cleaning on porches around here. We have to stick with throwing marbles. I train in my garage and now that it’s hot as hell, the door is open. Some jojo stood across the street tonight and watched us squat.
