Pete, I need some toughening up. I hope the deads help.
My legs,glutes,traps,low back and obliques have all started to ache quite a bit. Funny how it takes 24 hours for the ache to set in after deads or squats.

95 right up there is a mess- everything too and from the bridge is a disaster
steve, it would take me a week to do 100 reps at 315…

One of my neighbors just went through a messy divorce. She took him to the cleaners. He now is giving the house back to the bank because he can’t afford it. But his pain is my gain. He gave me his hardly used bench and olympic weight set. The bench is much better then mine and I think may fit into my rack. So now I have 14 45’s and 4 bars. I should be all set for awhile. So my workout tonight was loading my SUV with my new stuff.

Nice score. I really need to outfit my garage with at least a rack, bench, and a shitload of plates.
Closest I came to that kinda score was not lifting related. Friend was being forced to move into his own basement. He had a ton of vinyl, and I am talking the good, rare punk stuff from the 70s and 80s. It is now mine and now my current retirement plan. That and powerball.
I hate to hear about a guy getting taken to the cleaners in a divorce, but at least she didn’t get the bench, bars and plates. 100 squat reps with 315 sounds like a sick plan.
Hate to hear about anyone getting shafted.

i did 315 x 10 x 3 last night on front squats and that was enough for me.
i couldn’t imagine doing another 7 sets without about an hour of rest between them.
If I can ever do any exercise with 14 45’s I’ll be more then happy. I was like a kid at Christmas carrying this bench and weights out to my vehicle. I must have thanked him ten times and asked as many times, ‘you sure you want to get rid of this’. But I will give it more love then he ever could.
If you guys knew how badly this guy got screwed you be stunned (and pissed). Makes me sick to even think about.

Wow, 3 sets of 10!! Front squats are so much more difficult then deads I can’t even compair the two exercises. That amazing stuff Mr Meat.

you’re being modest. i’m sure you could easily get 10x3 on fronts with 315. the weight wasn’t bad, it was the core that got really fatigued. it all goes back to conditioning for me.
