lifted lots of stones
rolled my new big stone 1/2 way to my lifting area
My new stone is shaped kinda like NH or VT. When I stand it length ways it comes to my waist. I was able to get it off the ground a few inches today. My hands, wrists and elbows all need a break. My hands feel like I’m 80 years old.

fun looking work. i am jealous[/quote]
My fiance would encourage me to load the whole back yard with strongman implements but I have never been drawn to it. Moving bricks around the back yard sounds to much like what my Dad made me do when I wanted to play football…

You need help… sick puppy!
Soldog, took me 40-45 minutes. I wanted to stop after the 6th set. I came real close to vomitting and felt dizzy. I had to lie on the floor for 15 minutes before I dragged myself into the shower. And there was a lot of lying down between sets.
SFP, not much aches yet. I’m sure it will later.
Rick, I bet I’d like the log press. The videos of log pressing I’ve watched look like fun.
KMC,not sure I’m strong enough to be a beast but I have enough hair to be one. I was close to your stomping grounds this past weekend. I was on 95 right by NYC.
Joe,I’m sure you could do more then you think. Thanks.
Wilson,I may vomit thinking about it myself.
I’m not sure this type of training helps anything. But if you want to try something tough (stupid) put 50-60% of your max on the bar and either squat or deadlift it for a set of 20-30 or 10x10. Don’t plan on any other exercises.
