BBB:Big, Bald and Beautiful

Enough about Jacks huge wood. I have big stones.

If I keep lifting these stones I may need to follow your lead and get a kilt.

Hmmm, and people say my log is filthy…

I think I’m hooked. Already thinking about the next stone workout. I shouldered a stone today I could barely get to my knees a week ago. There are a couple more stones in my yard bigger then the two I use now I want to workout with. Can’t figure out why I like this so much.

twig and berries, stones and wood its all semantics.

yard work is the shit.

you could flip the stones I get into the outdoor training on the weekends, wheelbarrow, post hole digger
and even the lawn mower I mow like an acre with a push mower.

Nice variations in training Eco… lookin’ good.

I have no doubt. I’m blushing.

I’m looking forward to getting done with the meet and having a bunch of time to have a bit of fun trying some fun stuff like that.

Good sqauting big guy.

FYI there is a guy selling farmers handles (same guy I bought my sled from) on ebay fairly cheap.

Next exercise pick up stone and throw it - a couple of times.

Wow this thread took a wrong turn somewhere!

Good work being done in here though!

I’m seriously considering adding irregular sized rocks to the lanscaping just so I can play with them. I’m jealous of how much fun your having with them.

Thanks all. One problem with the outdoor workouts is they’re a boring read. ex. 1. carried rocks 2. ran…boring. I think if I weighed my stones (no jokes) it may be more interesting.

Heading to a town just outside Philadelphia tomorrow. My youngest son has a hockey tournament. The wife and I have agreed no spring hockey next year. Just to expensive and time comsuming. One sport a season is enough.

Good luck to your son!! Youth seasons in all sports are getting longer and longer and when you try to do more than one you spend incredible amounts of time driving, not too mention the dough…Bring the rocks, it will give you something to do!

Laughed at this. See what my wife has to say.

Thanks for your well wishes.

I’m such a dumb ass. Hell I’m going to saw me some wood!! I damn sure can’t find me any stones down here!

Are you serious about the lack of rocks just lying around?? There are so many damn rocks up here they get in the way. You need a pickaxe to dig a hole to plant anything.

Yes, literally in eastern NC if there is a rock it was imported. You have to dig down 100’s of feet before you can get marl. Its kind of a limestone rock that is mostly fossilized shells. Any big stones are literally imported. Its all sand, black topsoil, and blue clay down here.

Weird. Very interesting (at least to me it is). I would have never guessed.

I have always suspected that my wood was impressive. Now I need a big pair of stones as well.

I think most of the coastal plain in the entire south is like that. I know NC, SC, and Va are like that.

Same for the coastal plains in GA.
Lots of sand and dirt, but no rocks/stones.

Great, and interesting, work, Steve.
