BB Row, Where Is the Weight on the Feet?

Is the weight on the heel and outer feet like back squat or the whole feet like front squat?

I’ve always had some problem with my bent over row form.

Thanks.

Thanks, It’s a nice vid but it does not answer my question .

just keep the weight from being completely on your toes and you’re fine. it can be mostly on your heels or distributed through the whole foot as long as you aren’t hitching your reps and you can actually squeeze your lats at the top and not “squeeze at the top” by using your biceps.

Yeah, he does.

But because he doesnt say it, you missed it. Just think, for one second how your feet must be to get that kind of motion from your upper body.

Imagine being on your toes! Does the movement work?

How about the ball of your feet! Again, does it work?

Just stand in your living room if you want, close your eyes and copy the motion. The first thing you find out is that you are probably moving your low back and that is why you cannot find where the weight is on your foot. After that, listen to CT as to where you should feel it. Then after that, you will have the answer to your feet.

Notice also on how fr0 didn’t just give you one answer.
