He has roughly 100lbs on me at the moment.
How tall are you spar4tee? Oh and funny enough I was born very near where you reside haha.

On a random note - I was watching some college games with some friends yesterday and when the announcers talk about the big offensive linemen or defensive linemen usually aroun 6’4 - 6’7 and 300-330 lbs. I always say that really isn’t that heavy… I am half a foot shorter and the same weight… They are not all that big realistically.
I’m 5’8 trying to be 5’9 lol. Lol pretty cool. I’m actually not in DC now. I go to school in GA.

Yeah you’re right. It’s really hard to fill out at that height.
spar4tee, I had not seen your pics till yesterday. all i can say is…

DAT BACK! nice work

LOL Thanks. I’m way behind. Too much inconsistency and losing/regaining size and strength. I’m in a good place now though.

And at that size they are still so damn fast and athletic it’s terrifying.

I trained with John S from this site for a while. Guy is a freak. At 300lbs his 40 time was almost as fast as mine in HS. Box jumping 52in at 300lbs. Wtf. When he did cleans or snatches, if he let the weight go I am sure he would thrown the weight through the warehouse roof.

Seems this is where all the posting is today.

Spar4tee, we’re about the same. 5’8" Here, coming in @ 195.

I play hockey with a guy whose 6’3" and 300 lbs. He’s fast as hell and I try really hard to not get in his way on the ice.

I’d lose big time in that wreck.

Hit back hard today

Ha! That reminds me of something.

Incoming cool story bro.

I remember in high school I was taking physics senior year. I was also playing rugby senior year with my best friend who at the time was 6’6 and about 250 (he’s 300 now).

Anyway he had long legs obviously and he was actually faster than I was. So we had to do this tackling drill, and the whole time I was just thinking momentum=mass*velocity… he has more of both. What do I do?

The answer is get knocked unconscious. I held onto his shirt and dragged him down over my corpse though.

Also Bauber amazing deadlifts.

We gonna see an 850 max pull outta you one of these days? Anyone else wanna see that? Maybe? Just me?

Cool story, bro.

Hmmmm that would be kinda cool I guess. <---- obvious sarcasm

Bauber, you are an impressive manly beast.

However, no pullups. I am disappoint.

Well you either man up and get your ass handed to you or puss out. You manned up and sometimes it just doesn’t work out in your favor lol.

And thanks. Not sure I will be pulling that anytime soon haha.

Damn you guys just want to see my spine come out my ass.

I don’t do pullups every week, but I will do them next week just for you =P.

Every time I look at your workouts I just LOL so hard at the weights used. I can’t imagine seeing someone use such heavy weights for such high reps.

I get quite a few stares at the gym I frequent a lot. It is more a family gym/ bar scene for most. I had a guy come up to me while doing deadlifts when I had loaded it for my heaviest set and sit on the bench near me. He then got my attention and said, “I am going to sit here and watch you lift that because I would really like to see it.” Uhhh okay dude, sure.

45 mins of early morning cardio can suck a donkey wang.

Stop shaving your chest. And wear a different color, I had to zoom in to find the nips

But then I will look like Wolverine, the bestial version…

Lol what color shows the nips best?

YEs!!! Wolverine is the exact look I like…

But you are great the way you are. Just wear the green ninja turtles shirt next time.

Bauber, what was your starting strength like? I.e when you first walked in a gym and the next 6 months or so. I know its obviously not gonna be one of those ‘‘I got stapled by 135lbs’’ stories, still really interested in hearing it though…

Also, please take a vid next time you pull 655x9. That is superhuman.
