^^^ Didn’t Last Battle come with the first run of the genesis? I vaguely remember playing it at my buddies house. Altered Beast was pretty crappy too.
Off topic but it seems to me the old games were way better than the new ones. I remember when I was little my mom being obsessed with the nintendo game Crystalis and my dad with Zelda. My friend and I used to play sega genesis all the time as well. I still remember nearly every time we spent the night at eachother house we’d beat all three of those games, it was like a ritual or something. Although I don’t really ever play video games anymore I still think Streets of Rage 2 shits all over the games being made today.

Some games are near impossible to “complete”. As in complete all tasks including bonuses. Newer zeldas or final fantasies, ect.

Ghosts and Ghouls/ Ghouls and Ghosts is a fucking impossible game. Not difficult by traditional means, but a game that requires an insane amount of dedication/memorization.
They used to have the arcade version of the game in a daycare i went to, and it was free to play. Needless to say it’s a game that I played damn near every day and eventually got pretty good at. Recently I played the game on an emulator and forgot how insanely difficult it is, getting my ass kicked every other step.
Since we’re reminiscing on old games… I just saw this 3 in 1 system RetroN3.
It plays NES, SNES, Genesis.

Didn’t beat Punch Out 'til my early 20’s, haha but it was fairly easy. Tyson threw dynamite punches [that were one-hitter quitters] for exactly one minute. Time 'em and dodge. After that he threw regular punches and was pretty easy to beat. Yes, Ninja Gaiden on the XBOX and 360 are insanely difficult, but I’m telling y’all nothing compares to Bayou Billy on the NES.

Dude, I have the SEGA classics game for the 360. It has a shit ton of old genesis games including all 3 streets of rage. It’s pretty badass. Comix Zone is easily one of the hardest games ever though. Fuck that game frustrates me.

It’s worth it man. There’s some relatively obscure games in the collection, but all kinds of unlockable content. Just broke up with my girl and left the BOX at the house. Charging it to the game but will pick another up soon. Too much cool shit to not have one.
