Hey im starting training for basketball season that starts in winter, i am 6’5’’ 16 years old and i play power forward. I want to become stronger, faster, and increase my vertical. Right now i can hardly dunk (i know pretty sad) and i want to be able to dunk in a game with ease. Does anyone have a program that works to help me improve for basketball.
I would recommend you check out the articles by Joe DeFranco on this site here. At your age and size, I’m going to bet that you’re probably pretty skinny (I’m 6’4" myself and at 16 y/o I weighted a pathetic 170!), so his method for developing strength would probably work very well for you.
Beyond that, do a google search for Kelley Baggett and check out his website as well.
