I can, and its for free. run fast often, lift heavy often, play the game, practice with intent…but seriously.
I am only a recreationaly softball player, but doing the full contact twists demonstrated in the ab revolution article in t-mag gave my bat speed a bit more pop.
Hey - didnt see this post. Torso development in a twisting movment is tremendous important. I use a variety of mediums, such as med balls, kbells and a few sport specific ones. I would be happy to discuss. In faith, Coach Davies
