Why did you wake up? That sounds as close as it gets to Utopia.

Did you actually eat yourself though or was it a failure like your iHop pancake experience?

Considering that the steak was 10lbs, and after I ate it I dropped 5lbs AND lost inches all over, I consider it a victory - no whining either!

Bartl is some what happy. Why might one ask? Because yesterday he got carbs and lots of them. Six meals packed with 30 g’s of carb’s each, totaling around 180 g’s of carbs yesterday.
Today is even better…six meals with 45 g’s of carbs for right around 290 - 300 g’s of carbs.

You know what the worst part about drinking 3 gallons of water a day is? Looking up at 9pm realizing that you still have 1 gallon to go.

Lol, it can only be shredded in 6 days!
Last day is Saturday, right guys?
Good luck to you both.

Thanks, London. Today is the last day for me, since they’re throwing a bithday party for me tomorrow at work and I’m going out to feast later that night, so I’ll peak tomorrow morning before work and take pics then.

Tomorrow is technically my last day as Saturday is my race. It might be hard for me to post this weekend as my pop’s is here in town to visit but I think I can sneak on after my race to let everyone know how it went.
carb loading is fun except for the fact that I feel fat.

I’ll just be logging on tomorrow to post pics, so let me say this now: Thanks for competing against me - no matter who wins, this has certainly brought both of us closer to our goals. Best of luck to you this weekend man - I know your leg will more than hold up because of your will to win.

Happy Birthday Sayjin! Enjoy your massive amounts of cake and other goodies.
Today is my last day as my race is tomorrow. For me, its all about getting mentally ready to handle that and the pain that will come with the run. When I woke up this morning, my legs felt great, really loose and not tight like they have previously.
So, I will post tomorrow afternoon regarding my race and a final weigh in post on Sunday morning.
Sayjin: Hope you’re ripped this morning cuz you’ll certainly be enjoying cake and other goodies this afternoon. Happy almost birthday. And enjoy your ribfest. Please don’t disappoint me with tales of being full after 3 measley ribs. Your man card will be revoked
Bartl: Rock it. You know you can. I know you can. Just do it. Worry about your knee tomorrow afternoon once it’s all done. You know what to expect and you know the route. I’ll be thinking of you and your race mid-morning here (what time does it start at btw?). And I expect a quick update when you’re done. Oh… and kick your friend’s ass too.
It is 11:09am PST and I wouldn’t be surprised if you are crossing the finish line about now Bartl. Look forward to hearing the report and hope that you write a chapter like last time.
