Just be careful with the amount of volume you are doing on the big lifts.

I still think that 3 top sets of 5 reps a day is more than enough to keep your strength moving.

You seem to be making good progress though.

How do you feel?

Also, I think it is time for some form videos.

Could you get some of those up for us to go over?

Trivium! I stopped putting up my logs because i thought you disappeared for good lol. I’ll upload all of my logs once I get home for the day. And yeah I’ll definitely upload form videos. I’ve been making some great progress though.

I’ll try to upload tomorrow, I’ve been very busy.
