Bak,
If you are going to be busy at the end of your cycle you could do fine with a standard Nolva PCT. That would speed things up considerably and save a long span of injections. You could save the stasis/taper for a future deca or tren run.

I actually followed your protocol, DH. I don’t want to use Nolva on cycle if I don’t have to since it’s shown to reduce the effects of the AI, and the SERM itself if I use it PCT.
I said early in my post, I’m not entirely sure if I had gyno as a child but there’s definitely some adipose tissue there - I got so damn thin at one point but still had some tissue and loose skin around my chest; I definitely don’t want to risk it getting worse! ![]()
I trained back and triceps tonight. Insane pumps. Most notably in my forearms which I don’t often get from training back.
The additional weight is actually making my joints a little sore however but nothing too bad right now.
Also I would rotate sites more than just ventroglutes. That means you are pinning once a week at each site. I would at least try all the standard sites once to see how I like them. Glutes, quads, delts, pecs. I have this thing about doing upper body, then mid body, then lower body. Call me anal retentive. I have heard that glutes and ventro glutes provide highest absorbtion but there are differing views on that and I have not felt diminished effects from the other sites.

I hear you Bak. You may want to switch to Letro at some point as Bill Roberts and Brook and quite a few are saying it is highly effective and will not wipe out your estrogen completely if dosed correctly.
I would keep an eye on the achy joints since that should not be a problem on dbol with all that water in your system. Achy joints is one of the symptoms of too low estrogen. I cannot see that as being your case since you are mentioning other syptoms of elevated estrogen. Food for thought however. I know those dbol pumps. Your arms feel inflated. They lose definition however and are rounded, pumped, insanely strong and hooooge.
I still think the standard Nolva PCT would handle any gyno concerns just as effectively (if not more) than stasis/taper. You cam stop the Adex while running Nolva and go back on a small dose after (0.5mg/w split in EOD doses) to protect against estrogen rebound. You relatively innocuous cycle doesn’t necessarily call for the big guns.
Listen to your body and don’t go overboard on the additional loads you are able to handle while on dbol if you feel your body breaking down. I know it is hard to resist when you feel like Hercules but it is a shock on the tendons which don’t grow as much as the muscles. In areas that are problematic up the volume and lower the weight a little.
it’s mainly my elbows and shoulders from benching or other low rep/high weight exercises. It’s nothing too bad but could get worse with time; I’ll keep tabs on it. I don’t think it’s estrogen related either since, as you mentioned, the other sides aren’t there right now.
Libido is still kinda normal, mood is good though and I feel extremely motivated.
I know what you mean about the pumps. My biceps look much larger but almost comical and lack the definition I previously had.
B, you say once or twice that it is cyp. I was starting to get confused there.
DH, I don’t think he really needs to use any other sites than left and right VG, as he is only hitting either one every 6 days. That said, I agree that now is the time to experiment with what you like best. Try a delt shot, a quad shot, try and reach back there and stick it in your butt. It’s always better to have more, rather than less options.
Yeah, I’ve done glutes and quads already; I got my wife to pin my glute actually. quads were easily the most painful up to now. I’m going to pick up some 1" pins for delts when I order the pins for the stasis/taper.
my elbows are sore as hell this morning from training triceps last night. Need to be wary of the amount of volume and additional weight I’m hitting them with.
Hams and lower back tonight.
I just noticed I said Test C. No idea how I managed to type that. My bad.
Bakuhatu - I have run 7 week cycles with test Cyoionate with fine results.
they would be better with a frontload.
Chill lover, clill
I hear ya, Brook.
I?m cooler than a fridgerator, feelin’ maself… feelin’ maself…
Dolla’ BADNESS.
I reckon my cycle is gonna be around 10 weeks, with stasis, taper possibly with a SERM during the taper. I considered taking the hCG route but we’ll see what happens with the boys before.
Starting to notice the ‘good’ sides also. Recovery is well improved despite increases in volume, weight and intensity. Libido is getting silly.
I’m also pulling some serious water now; very visable in the face. I upped the adex a few days back and maintaining 0.5mg/EOD right now. Should be OK. No boobies… yet.
I experienced the worst (best?) lower back pump of my life last night while deadlifting. Pretty damn painful.
Delts, Traps later and a UFC to watch. Awesome.
Up about 6lbs from last Monday. Nice! Looking quite soft and a small amount fat gain but some overall everything seems to have grown; especially my lats.
Only the start of week 3 too. I should be doing more cardio though. The sudden increase in weight can’t be too easy on the heart nor the limbs. I’ll get some done today.
My arms still suck.
Anyone any advice for arms? Triceps are responding well but my guns are poor. Here’s what I currently do:
6 x 6-8 Preacher curls (2 warm up sets)
4 x 10-12 Incline DB curls or hammer curls
3 x 15 cable curls (constant tension)
Anyone get sleepy on cycle btw? I’ve started to feel pretty sluggish and actually took a midday nap yesterday which is pretty rare for me.
Crap loads to do today and no training.
Check out Christian Thibaudeau’s articles. I am sure he has a good prescription to quickly bring up the biceps.

Personally, my arms (most of my individual bodyparts, for that matter) respond well when I dedicate one entire training session a week strictly to that part (well, kind of, a small bodypart like biceps will be trained with one other muscle or group).
For example, when I want to bring up chest, I will do something like 3-4 sets each of wide grip bench, incline bench, 45 degree incline dumbbell press, 30 degree incline dumbbell press, and finish with flyes (hitting both upper and lower chest). Basically I do everything I can to stimulate that particular muscle group and then I leave it alone to grow for around a week.
Obviously I do this while on cycle, which you are, and I will change up the exercises or their order every 6 weeks so, or whenever I’m feeling stagnation begin to occur.
If I were you, with your plan, I would do around the same amount of sets (12-15), but more exercises. I like to go either to failure or pretty close to it, and add a few drop sets or super sets in as well.
This works for me. YMMV.
DH,
my plans are very similar to stuff CT lays out but with slight personal tweaks.
Cortes, great advice, man. You know I think even off cycle I was working with too much volume. I changed my delt program around to something similar to what you’ve laid out for here (more exercises, same sets) and aimed to exhaust the muscle with the first 2 exercises (often compound movements) then use isolation movements for slow controlled reps.
I’ll give it a try tomorrow since it’s 4 weeks since I switched my exercises up.
Nothing much to report. I jigged my training around per Cortes advice and can still feel the pump in my biceps. Feeling strong on almost everything for chest.
Blown up like a balloon now. Very visible water in the face too. No real gyno sides though so I’m not TOO worried about the water. Really looking forward to training quads tomorrow since I made some good progress last week. Hoping to get my front squat up to 225lbs for 8 reps before the end of the cycle (nothing special I know).
Enjoy your run Bak!!
Nothing much to report. Quad strength again is WAY up from last week. Pretty astounded tbh.
I ordered some 1/2cc, 0.5" “dead space” slin pins for the taper, some 1" pins for delt pinning and a sharps bin.
Libido is not raging yet but it’s above what it usually is. My skin is noticeably greasier and I’m carrying a lot more water. Tempted to up the adex again.
The sudden burst in weight means I feel like I’m actually out of shape to some extent, I’m adding some morning cardio 4 times a week (since I wasn’t doing enough anyway) and hope I can possibly drop a little fat along the way.
wow… This just feels silly. Adding a lot of weight to my pulls too (whilst maintaining form and reps), only thing is the walking to the store etc is giving me pumps in my freakin legs and lower back that are almost painful. Crazy.
I’d probably drop the dbol for next cycle (if I go again ;)) and add a shorter ester or frontload.
Sorry to hear about the less appealing side effects of dbol impacting you so much. You must be particularly sensitive to these dbol sides.
