Yeah, I’ll leave it at that. I’m a 50-something fat old dude in the middle of Kansas, so I wouldn’t care if someone from here walked up to me and said hi, but I realize not everyone has the luxury of being able to not give a $#!+ if anyone finds them.
Ultimately there’s a helplessness regarding digital privacy, regardless of one’s demographic (I clearly look like a 12 year-old) or attempts to be low-profile on the web. Unless someone lives in the middle of nowhere and has never used the Internet.

Beautiful weather today, so why not make myself feel like death? Lately I actually have some leg DOMS the day after belt squatting, so I must be doing something right. Also, fasted workouts usually aren’t awful, but they are when mid-afternoon. Fun times.
Agreed. Swapped to fasted cardio just because it almost guarantees I don’t puke. Do you get any electrolytes down before you do your runs?
I always train fasted unless I’m gaining weight, so I must admit I kinda miss having a small pre-lift snack. Nothing besides water now… I don’t fear salting my food though and also supplement with magnesium. Maybe lacking in some others, but I don’t get cramps so probably doing all right.
I used to do that, but switched to maltodextrin and protein with 1/4 tsp salt pre-workout with improved results. I do think my BP meds make it easy for me to shed electrolytes too much, so it helps to front load some. If you’re not cramping up or feeling shitty, you’re doing alright.
I also normally drink a protein shake during lifting, which helps a bit. Miss that also. I guess my lifting sessions are quick enough for now that it’s not a huge deal. Training does feel shitty right now, but I accept it, hahaha.
I know I’ve visited your log in the past. Also, you are correct, not having a passing curiosity satisfied will in no way hurt me. It drives me crazy that people take this wonderful tool we have for fingertip access to a huge percentage all recorded human knowledge, as well as instantaneous worldwide communication with everyone, and immediately look for ways to abuse it to the detriment of others.

I thought most people used it to find ways to look at boobs.
But, especially around this time of year, I’m reminded how lucky we are to have all the advantages we currently do and how much we waste them. I’m personally in such a lucky position I get to wake up every morning and piss in clean water.
