I think I need to do something totally different. I found a prepaid debit card laying around and decided to blow it on one of the RP templates. At the very least it will keep me from program hopping, which I have been apt to do over the past few months. I’m adopting a higher-carb, low-fat dietary approach to shake things up on that front as well.

I haven’t done an auto-regulatory program in a really long time either. I know my capabilities and how to push a set, but it is still a little weird to estimate three reps in reserve. Wore my lifting shoes during the SLDLs to elevate myself a bit – will definitely feel these tomorrow. Already sore. But at least I’m smart enough to not do RDLs and cripple myself for over a week.

I’m also interested in buying row handles for my landmine setup. I’m leaning toward Titan, but if anyone has any recommendations, please chime in!

I have the landmine Titan attachment, no complaints or even paint chips! Haven’t used it in almost a year though due to space constraints

Is your attachment the one with the straight handles?

I don’t think we’re talking about the same thing, I just have the post, and I realize that I don’t think I bought it from Titan but neither my Titan nor Amazon history have it so I don’t know where it came from lol

For rowing I either use one hand (meadows row) or use my pulley rope, both work fine, I imagine a specific attachment might be more effective though.

Oops, my mental fatigue is showing. I rephrased the initial post. I don’t know why I wrote that. I’m looking for a handle for rows; I already have the landmine attachment, which I use for belt squats and single-arm rows. Now your comment on space limitation makes me more sense. :sweat_smile:

I can’t tell if you are deep into language learning and are misusing reflexive verbs in English or if you’ve been replaced with BagsyBot!

I’m laughing so hard right now. Yeah, those reflexive verbs in German and Russian mess with me more than usual lately :joy: I’ve been writing so much every day at work, so I think my brain has melted a little.

It was funny though when I came back from Germany last month. I had to interview someone less than 12 hours later, and I spoke English in a way that made me cringe a little.

I wouldn’t worry, this is me every day and I come from England.

I generally feel that many native English speakers don’t speak English very well, so I try my best to be as clear as possible in all cases. Though of course I was probably the only one cringing during that conversation. I definitely wasn’t worried; I found it funny.

I am cursed with terribly flexible hamstrings. I experience extreme soreness only minutes after performing good mornings, SLDLs, and RDLs. :upside_down_face:

My upper back unfortunately knotted again.

I want to tweak some things on this day. Adding weight to these rows won’t work in the long haul because I don’t have any more 10s. I’m going to order the row handles from Titan. Also might swap the tricep movement.

Haha, I can try sometime soon. I know they aren’t 100% full ROM, but it’s enough for me to call them standing reps.

Still 3 RIR for this week. I think I dogged it on the SLDLs a little though. Work and the world are annoying me again, so I am doing what I can.
