Indeed! I have to not mind commuting, especially because I don’t have a car. It’s nice to not worry about timing things sometimes though.

So muggy and gross but a nice respite from chores. Unfortunately I think the warm weather is here to stay.
Working from home is where it’s at! Since my office transitioned in 2020, my stress and anxiety have decreased SO much and I’m so much more productive! It’s an added benefit in my mind - soak it up when you can!!!
I occasionally wish I could work from home all the time, haha. I do like to go in person to work so that I better separate it from my personal life, but it catches up after a while.
My company has me fully remote but pays for a desk at my coworking space, I usually go in 1-2 times a week. Best of both worlds.
If only I could tell biological experiments to F off for the same day or two every week. ![]()

Six hill sprints + 1200m cooldown
OHP (as opposed to low-volume push presses) with a barbell beats up my shoulders, but using dumbbells feels - and works - very well. My guess is the dumbbells allow me to angle my hands and shoulders joints to a position more biomechanically correct for me. Might be worth trying…

It’s the push presses that beat up my shoulders and not really any kind of strict pressing. I imagine the frequency has an effect as well.
