My experience is that while recovery is massively affected, soreness is not. YMMV.
Yeah it does look more than 25% to me. But it’s sweating the small stuff for you to be worried about bodyfat percentage when there’s lower hanging fruit within your control… like diet and sleep.
My opinion is that bad sleep could be messing up your recovery, resulting in more soreness. Unintelligent training design could be a factor too, and most likely could be the prime culprit - and bad sleep and diet isn’t helping
yeah sort out your sleep will improve recovery and pretty much all areas of your life.
You sound all over the place, just eat normally and run through programs by proper coaches off this site.

Lol nah man igf-1 level were low so doc prescribed sermorelin/ibhtamoren…I ordered igf-1 lr3 once…never took each more than 3 months total.
Sarms I took Cardarine(not a sarm)for a month before…right now I take rad140 as I ordered a bottle long time ago…other than I did 3 months rad before… I kind of like it probably never will again tho it could
e causing mood changes possibly that isn’t necessarily a problem, but could be overall since enough of people talk about aggression .
…I know I started all this shit early for someone who hasnt been lifting even 2 years consistent but it makes lifting 10x more fun … and I honestly don’t have a lot of hobbies except coding lol. I’m not going to abuse PED’s tho plus I don’t even have that kind of money to go broke on something like that

Given your income/priorities, and as quick/impulsive as you were to do PEDs for being so casual with your training, do you/have you done hard drugs?
And what’s your current alcohol intake like?
I’ve been ‘sober’(I hate that word, it indicates there is still a problem when I see myself as a non-user, simply) from alcohol/drugs(mostly dabbled in soft drugs, hard just coke/x less than 5 times) 3+ years, nicotine 2+ years.
I listen to audio books once in a long while and watch lots of YouTube videos over training, self development,etc…I exaggerated I do have hobbies, just don’t use social media and don’t party or hang out with crowds …I have friends and do go out with chicks…
