Bad reaction after first Sustanon dose

Ok! So for a 12 week cycle, yo’ud start AI from week 2 to 14?
Is Aromasin the same as Aromison ? the active ingredient is Exemestane 25 MG

Start the AI day1. start with 12.5mg x 2 per week and see how you do. You can raise or lower by checking bloods.
Run it 2 weeks past the end of your cycle.

Yes.

So cool. Thanks for your guidance @s.gentz

I think I’m ready to start my cycle soon. Waiting on labs to come back

Any issue by starting test E cycle at 17.9%?

At higher bodyfat you will aromatize at a higher rate so you may need more AI. Carrying extra weight may also result in higher blood pressure which could be exacerbated by test. I have proven this by not taking my advice.
I would def try to get down closer to 12-15%

That’s my objective to get it close to 10%…so I’ll focus on that then start my cycle. Great wisdom, thanks for sharing

ok, labs came back. All are within range but some are lower another are higher than expected. Should I be worried? Can I start test E cycle with these values once I get my BF% in check?

Albumina 4.5 (3.5-5.5)
FSH 2.4 (1.2-8.6)
Prolactin 14.0 (0-16.0)
Estradiol 18.8 (10.0-40.0)
Total T 285.92 (240-950)
Free T 67.7 (42.6-164)
SHGT 22.0 (13.3-89.5)
Bun/Crea 20 (6-20)
ALT 85 (8-45)
AST 28 (8-45)

Why is is ALT high? Do you drink?
Your total T/free T are in the crapper. How do you feel day to day? Any lower and you should be looking into TRT if not now.
Bun/cre ratio is up there. How are the two individual values? Mine were always both elevated but the ration was great so doc didn’t really care.
The main thing is the liver. If your just gonna take test it’s not a super big deal but don’t use any orals until you can get that back in range.

Feel a bit tired, but not as much as other days. A bit moody and impatient, tbh.

I drink a beer a week. Sometimes a glass of wine.
My liver took a bad hit with the test flu. Or maybe I got a viral infection that coincided with my first susta pin…

Yes, ratio is high. Bun= 23 (5-25) creatinine 1.14 (0.60-1.35)

Any ideas on getting it lower?

You’re opposite of me. Both out of range but ratio good.

You could try milk thistle and/or TUDCA.

I’ll get my levels in a row before getting new gear. Thanks for the milk thistle recommendation

I dont know if it’s placebo or the low T has hit me. The last few days I’ve been feeling quite tired at or around 6:00pm. Usually go to bed at 10 and wake up at 6am. So 4 hours of feeling very tired is crap.
Afraid of starting test E without having my levels in check before…
Somebody recommended a short 5-week cycle of winstrol and oxalondrone to reduce BF, but I think it will be harsher on the liver being oral. Thoughts?

Not sure why you would be afraid?

You need to understand that AAS are not fat burners. Diet/trainign/cardio is how you lose fat.

Not having my blood levels in check could cause more effects. Like BF getting it closer to the 12% range rather than my current 17.7 to lessen aromatization. Also liver indicators came back high and going on a Test E cycle could tax it even more.

Oh totally. I want to start on the right foot and with test E only taking it easy on the gear and see how it goes. I’m currently running at calorie deficit on 1900 Cals, bmr is 1780. Training 5 days a week for at least half hour active. Would that be enough or cut more Cals?

What are your stats?
Is your body weight coming down at 1900cals?
What is your macro distribution
What does a typical week of training look like?
What does a typical day of eating look like?
I really don’t like cals any lower. Let’s find a different way to drop some fat besides lowering more.

82.1kg (181lb), 17.6%BF, 23.7 BMI

weight staying steady for 3 weeks, but BF is coming down 17.9 to 17.6%

Training M-F
warmup cardio, rope and stretch
2 days upper body, 2 days lower body.
aprox 30-40 min effective weight lifting per day

Morning before training: Protein shake. 60g whey, 1/2 cup milk, 1 espresso shot, 1 banana (364 cals)
Breakfast. either eggs, pancakes, french toast, salmon on toast and cream cheese… everyday different
mid morning: 2 scoops protein (48g prot, 216 cal)
lunch: chicken or meat or fish, 1 palm size. rice or salad
mid afternoon: 2 scoops protein (48g prot, 216 cal)
dinner: pasta or chicken, or fried rice w/ chicken, or seafood, or pizza on pita bread

Actually am looking for a coach…you’d be interested?

This is a good thing. Would indicate losing fat/gaining muscle. The only issue i see is you are prob using a scale or inbody which are not very accurate. What is the mirror telling you?

For me it would be very hard to get enough accomplished in 30-40min, 4 times per week. If it’s working for your goals though keep at it! More time for other stuff!

Diet not too bad at all but I would watch the pancakes, FT, and pizza unless your using high protien ingredients. Those items are very easy to overeat. When trying to lose fat i believe consistancy is key. If you eat the same things evry day then you know pretty quickly if something is not working or needs to be changed/eliminated.

I am def not a coach but i’m more than happy to help you reach your goals if i can.
Start a training/diet log. Here is mine. Currently dieting as well.

You can also email if you like. It’s in my bio.

correct, using a composition scale. not a smart scale that have it everyday wrong (had one before this one)

It is telling me that I still have a muffin top and I need to get more ripped…

yes, I want to raise it to at least an hour… crayzy schedule, I need to get better at it…

IKR! I try to keep it balanced and varied. Especially that we cook for all the family and my diet would not fit the rest of the household… so a bit of a wreck there, that’s why I try to balance it with between-meals protein shake.

That’be great! Thanks a lot

I may be a bit blind, couldn’t find it.
