I recently aborted my growth surge project in order to drop my bf% as low as possible. I have done alot of research on here about how to accomplish this as fast as possible. Not that I am looking for the easy way out but I am on time constraints.
Anyway what do you think of combining a MAG10 cycle with the Fat Fast diet? On days where I have boxing I plan to take in a few carbs pre workout. Something like a Gatorade, along those lines.
Is this just a bad idea?
