Back to Beginner Level to Correct Form and Imbalances?

I have already programmed some goblet squats in my program and will try the box squats.

I think most people are beginners, even if they don’t think so. I consider myself a beginner personally.

Not to knock you but if you need to “relearn” form, you’re probably still a beginner, and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. I’d suggest using your training package on another trainer if you can.
