After some research and guidance I picked up a pair of weightlifting shoes to squat in. Ended up getting a pair of the Rogue Do Win’s for a real good deal so I couldn’t pass them up. Should have them to squat in for the first time on monday!
Consider me interested in this development. Presuming they have a heel? I squat in some oly shoes with 1.25" heel and I really love them for going super deep and front squats, but am still undecided when it comes to maxing out vs. my converse.
1.25"? Thats a huge freaking heel. I got the Rogue Do-Win shoes. They have a .75" heel. What I have been told is compared to the converse you are much more stable and I will definitely love that.

Shoulder ext. rotations

Notes: Left room to build on the close grip. Just did a couple light things after. Topset with 220 went well, solid PR.

Also lol’d at the “21’s” being done, or whatever those ladies were doing.

Jacob - theyre the rogue do-wins

Disaster - lol yeah, gettin toned

Notes: Decided to do tap and go this cycle as my weakpoint is lockout. Felt ok, will take a little getting used to. Great PR. Awesome to pull sumo again and the pulling was easy.

Any particular reason you’re doing sumo block pulls for assistance?

Get back into the groove with sumo as well as working my lockout which is my weakpoint on both styles of pulling.

Good. Be better.

digging the booty and PRs

how did you break in your belt? I have the same one and am about to start needing it finally

Nice squatting. It’s pretty cool you instantly adapted to the new shoes; I took awhile to get used to mine but then the heel is twice as big as the do win’s as we said.

Thanks BD
