I’m going to repeat (mostly) the past 5 weeks, leading up to my recent PR’s. Weights will bump a small step, to set up for a Big step up, at my meet.

Given to me yesterday, at work. Funny, cool, crazy old pics of Everyone; kneeling on folded up carpet scraps for cable crunches, sitting on milk crates for lateral raises ect. Early ‘Smith machine’ being used a lot.
Tons of stage shots, funny stories and quotes, from The Man himself.
The book weights about 17lbs, which I found ironic:)

In other news, I’ve eaten almost 4000 cals today ( I really have counted), and I’m hungry even now!! A good plan to aid my recovery from last nights training, which I’ve been feeling all day; at work at 630am and still going. Tuesday, after training/ at work, is pizza night, so I’ll keep the calories coming!!

Crippler didn’t mention diet. Remember, pizza = crack on steroids. How about a dozen scrambled eggs with some pizzalike addons?

Biker…I’m on top of it; pizza is 1/4 gone already. And I do have an egg ‘connection’ too, thanks for the reminder.

I’ll add, I’ve been eating bacon double cheese burgers (2-3) twice a week; a meal of donuts once a week. I think it’s been helping ::))

Seated Smith OHP (top 1/2 rep) 5’s @ 135, 135, 185, 3x5@ 205. Explosive, off pins.
Standing calf: 4x10@ 225…slowly.
Band work/ rolled around
