Saturday 2/25: Tested (kinda) DL’s tonight, and failed ;(

DL: 2x3@ 185, 245/ singles @ 265, 325/ 3x1 @ 375. Slow, and the opposite of strong.
3" blocks: 2x3@ 375.
3" blocks: 3x3@ 275 (sumo).

Seated Rows: 3x12 @ 70 each side.
Leg press (DL stance): 4x10@ 550.

The true highlight was a late 20’s guy, 5’6", 165lbs if that, pulled up to a 3x2 @ 612 lbs. Holy smokes the guy was good; pulling sumo btw. Strong, quiet, focused…very deliberate and impressive lifter.

As for my pulling, I’m pretty much where I was 3 months ago. SQ and BE moving up; DL the same for now. I’ll take the “2 out of 3 ain’t bad” approach :fonzie:

I’m trying to stay strict with 4-6 reps on most things; exception #1= Leg press…most Ab work…
Trying to keep it simple; focused, hard, moderatly unpleasant :slight_smile:

DB low press: 15@50, 6@ 60,70, 3x6@80’s. Did these with a pause at the bottom; stay tight, blast up.
Bench: Up to 3x4@ 225. Pretty light.
Seated leg press: 2x20@ 300.
Calf raise

Leg Press: 5x10@ 480.
Pullaparts while pressing.

Thursday 3/2:

Sweet PR today!!! Spoiler alert= it was a Trap Bar DL.
77lbs bar= weird numbers.

3 reps@ 347, 397
3 reps@ 417lbs (PR, I guess). Video to follow.
