Banana split, pistachio, rocky road, chocolate dipped cone, what’ll be? Cherry cheesecake ice cream on a short stack maybe?
I would totally call you for an ice cream. But, alas, I’m trying to hit a weight class in two weeks . . .

SQ: 2x4@ 155/195/235; went to 265, form was awful. Leaning this way, knee going that way; backed way off. 3x6@ 155 to finish.
Leg press/ calf: 1 giant set, 25 reps of both at 320. Who knows why.
DB hammer press: 3x15@ 50’s
Rev. hypers: 3xs10@ 90.
DL: 4x3@ 185/ 4x3@ 225
SQ felt weak/ off balance. DL’s just weak. Other than that, it was fine:)

Eric, sorry I’m so late on congratulating you on your deadlift PR at the meet. A 2.1 x BW deadlift is awesome. Hope your squat form comes around for you. Backing off the weight was probably the best idea.

Close stance SQ: 4x6@ 225. Super pump/tension on these.

Close stance SQ: 4x6@ 185. All paused in hole.
Hammer pulldowns: 4x10@ 120. Hard squeeze.

Parents in town; no time to sneak in a lift until Tuesday. Been cooking a lot; eating what’s called ‘desserts’. I can see why people like them:)
