Way to cold for Denver…most of the past couple weeks really.
Went to bed feeling crappy- woke up a bit worse. Cold, aching everywhere, not in a good way…Think this past week of weather and exertion has caught up to me.
It’s ridiculous cold here too right now (South Dakota). Like, stupid cold.
Rest up and feel better soon!

First day back, after a week off with the flu. Nothing fancy…just the “normal flu”.

Back to work last Wed/Thurs= 2 hour nap after work.
Last Friday was scheduled off weeks ago= Drumming in the AM, then lunch + 2 hour nap.

Did upper body super-sets, pushing and pulling, laterals and arms. 12 x15+15 total.
Mon/3/3
Tonight was 1st session back, after 2 weeks off= felt pretty good.

Lying Hams: 4x8
Standing cable curls: 3x15
Pushdowns: 3x15
1 arm overhead Tri’s: 3x15 alternating.
Straight leg sit-ups: 3x15
