I remember reading an article on here a long time ago about testing if your ready to do squats with proper flexibility.
It involved a test where you would lean against the wall, feet one foot in front of you and the rest of your back against the wall. Then you would tr to flatten your back as much as possible. If a hand managed to slip in between your back or the wall then you failed the text or something like that.
Does anyone remember the name of the article or the test… or know what to do in case you failed it?
