Back Pain

Help anyone,
I am not sure if i have a flexibility problem or not, and if i have how can i fix it!
Recently while performing leg press i cannot get my legs to my chest without feeling my back raise from the seat.Also i am waking in the mornings with lower back pain and i cannot put my socks on by just lifting my leg up. I first have to hug them to my chest for a min or so and then i can.
I am onto my first go at HST and am into the 5,s week and have been alternating squat and l/press throughout.
Anyone with any ideas?Do i have a flexibility problem? how can i fix it?

It could be a lack of flexibility in the muscles around the hips (mainly the hamstrings, glutes, low back, and or hip flexors) that may be pulling you out of proper pelvic alignment. You may also have a strength imbalance between one or more of these muscles. My advice would be to read Ian King’s article ‘Pelvis has Left the Building’ and then determine whether or not it is a strenth or flexibility issue. Proper measures can be taken from there.
