Back Double Biceps

My back is improving

Let me guess, small legs? And why spend money on a photo shoot when a self-timer camera and a bedroom would suffice? I can’t say much other than that you do look healthy and adding 15-20 lbs. is a good goal to shoot for.

I’m not experienced enough to offer advice/criticism. Rather, how does your name read: work-of-art or work-o-fart? Sorry I had to.

Nice jeans

you probably dont want to loose the six pack but eating will make those 15-20 pounds come much quicker. personally, Id shoot for more than 15-20.

shoot for 100 tough guy…

how the hell did this guy get a six?

No need to flame guys, his expression says it all.

Hehe, Work 'o Fart.

4.4 rating really… i dont think this guy looks so great i mean im surprised ur a personal trainer

i mean 5’8 145 pounds is kinda scrawny… the jeans and weight seem to imply no leg development also

i also dont think the pose u put up is very flattering…

My crappy gym has trainers that look like you, which is why I’m not interested in hiring one.

There, at least now I have a gauge for your body fat. Listen, I weigh 185lbs. But there is no way I would post any picks of myself, let alone in “Rate My Physique” until Im in the 200lb range. Anything under that IMO is skinny. Period. Eat, forget the holding on to six pack logic. Come 210lbs you can do the Velocity Diet.

Who exactly are you training? You look like an average built sophomore in high school! This has to be a troll job…and not a very funny one at that, except for the work o fart thing…

Firstly i didn’t think this thread deserved a shoe this early on.

But to me it just looks like your rather slim but all the lighting shaving and oil are making you look slightly bigger thaan you probably are.

Shit, I’ve just realized who you look like…

‘I can’t get no sleep’

i’ve found a couple of photos of the guy from faithless so you can make your own mind up.

one more

  1. who the hell was taking the pictures and why did they tell you to make that face?? Seriously tell us who did the photoshoot so people who should be having a photoshoot can stay away from them.

2)Squats + milk (hell just eat!)

3)Is this a picture from the Vegan bodybuilding thread?

You’re certainly above-average for the commercial gym crowd, and on par with the majority of trainers I’ve worked with. You’re “in shape” and look like you train; that’s always good. I think those 15-20 pounds will definitely do you some good though.

I checked the pics in your profile and your back is a real strong point. You know the deal…more calories and heavy weights for size. If you can, try to beef up those forearms too.

I’m just wondering, are you following another coach’s program or do you tend to design your own? I’m always interested in other trainer’s routines.

Seriously? We’re still doing this? I don’t wander through the Rate My Physique area much, but I thought this gag was over months ago.

Okay then.

On par with trainers? Most trainers I’ve seen in the gyms certainly weigh more than a buck 50…
