On par with trainers? Most trainers I’ve seen in the gyms certainly weigh more than a buck 50…[/quote]
I’m just comparing him to the folks I’ve worked with. The majority of them were above-average with what would (controversially) be called an “athletic” build. There were only a few completely jacked trainers who could probably compete if they wanted to (or did), and the very-occasional disgrace to his uniform with the male muffin top who gets out of breath while counting reps.
Ive never been the one to sacrifice size for shape but i also understand that being in this business having both will greatly increase your revenue.I was really big on eating clean, but i was to clean with my food.My workout has always centered around the basics squats,deadlifts,dips,pull-ups,bench press and military press.
Eating to clean has always been the one thing that has hindered me i was always afraid that i would put back on the bodyfat that i bust my ass to loose. But after being certified i have a better knowledge of my bodytype and realize i have a greater abundance of mitchondria that allows me to oxidize fats easily. Thanks for the positive comments
“Eating too clean has always been the one thing that hindered me…” This is one of the most ignorant things I’ve seen yet!
First photo shoot with shitty poses and rediculous facial expressions, along with changing everything in his profile with each post…I’m calling shenanigans!
you can’t eat TOO clean and if you want to bust your ass to LOSE weight that is great. As a trainer you know diet is 90% of the package, so you cannot eat too clean

You can eat clean and big at the same time. Have people forgotten this?

mmm the only semi-way around that theorm is to have half your calories in liquid form, so say you need to eat 5,000 cals a day that’s 2500 in food, which is quite manageable for clean food, and then wash it down with 2500 cals in liquid like shakes with the goodies in them etc, but alas eating alot of clean food is fucking hard work

Go read everything Amsterdam Animal wrote on here before he stopped posting. That guy was getting 6000-7000 calories a day of nothing but clean food. It definitely can be done.
People on this site seem like the think that “eating clean” means “not eating anything except protein powder, broccoli, and chicken”.
