2 weeks off felt great.
today was my first workout since my last SM workout saturday before last.
we did car deadlifts with a significantly heavier car than last time, and I was about middle of the pack. my lack of trap bar deads shows I think.
We also loaded up farmers w/ 200 lbs and I walked about 200 ft before my torn callus gave way…then did a little bit of log work, then I did a keg over bar for the first time ever. so in my 3 SM I’ve loaded a 200 lb stone a total of 3-4 times and a keg once…I don’t know how good that is but I’ll take it. shooting for a 405 squat on Monday. I think now that I’m fresh it’ll be easy peasy.
