Thanks Steve, I feel the exact same way. All that adding in other stuff did was make me hurt and slow me down.

Nice squatting weight. Simple fundamentals seem to be the recipe for the best results in strength and overall power. I’m sticking to that too.

Well its been a while. Lots of RL stuff including wife nearly dying since I’ve been gone but things are going well now. Managed to keep going in the gym during all of it and think I’ll get back to logging everything regularly. Weight down to 207, probably going to drop down to the 198 class.

Yeah I see Ronda all the time. I’ve got a couple of other women lifters who I lift with as well. One just did her first meet and she’s still stocked about it.
