Dude, I love cardio so I say go for it. Makes me feel like a winner - like Rocky at the Lincoln memorial. And I find that cardio hasn’t affected my lifting, granted I don’t lift anywhere close to what you do, so maybe I’m not the best to opine. But as I was told, the heart is a muscle, and muscles need to be conditioned.
Wow, your crazy schedule never quits, eh? I tend to side with Claire when it comes to cardio, although I think adding it in for short stints of time to rev up fat loss can be a good thing - or, if you make sure you eat enough to maintain your muscle and strength, I can see doing it more regularly for the feel-good effect Masch mentions.
