Trails were ridden 1 hr. didnt plan on an hour, but once im out, i dont want to come back.
Took a different path, was just a nice steady tension, with small incline 2xs
The steeper path was closed. Over all it felt awesome. Had a runner on the side of me for the last steep one, I was NOT going to let him run past me, I set a record time Im sure!

Haha, love the description of the trail ride, especially not letting some dude run past you. Next time, let him get past you so he can’t see you, hamstring him with a “stray” branch, and take it easy the rest of the way!

WOW KAPOW DOMS When I was doing abs I could not go on my bottom, it was the kind of sore you
dont even want to stretch, which prolongs the soreness.Dont worry, I keep giving in.

ARMS ARMS need to come up with a good upper day. Ive got the legs going, but need to dial in arms.
Id like something I could do 4 weeks? Ill probably have to bring in some consistent push ups and pull ups, and some delt love.

Try some Arnold presses for arms and shoulders…they’re pretty awesome for high reps.
