Awsome Leg Day

Was doing legs and Tri’s today (odd I know) and hit it off awsome.

I worked in 5*5 of leg ext machine for the first 5 sets.

Then

5*5 315 side lunges

and then hit
3*40 (2sec up / 2 sec down) calf raises on smith

I worked my Tri’s in between leg sets but didnt hit any good numbers . Worked up to 275 close grip for 10 sets (singles) , and some “for reps” skull crushers.

Anyways Im sure no one really cares but I dont have alot of “lifting” friends to talk to about stuff like this.

if you didn’t do some kind of squat, it wasn’t awesome. Leg Press back pain FTW

What do you mean “side lunges with 315”?
