Was doing legs and Tri’s today (odd I know) and hit it off awsome.

I worked in 5*5 of leg ext machine for the first 5 sets.
Then
5*5 315 side lunges
and then hit
3*40 (2sec up / 2 sec down) calf raises on smith
I worked my Tri’s in between leg sets but didnt hit any good numbers . Worked up to 275 close grip for 10 sets (singles) , and some “for reps” skull crushers.
Anyways Im sure no one really cares but I dont have alot of “lifting” friends to talk to about stuff like this.
