Hello guys, long time lurker first time posting in a long time.
So I’m cutting a bit right now with good success dropping from 12 to 9.5% bf in the last four weeks. I was sneaking in a workout at 10:00 am during work but I am now moving it to noon to train with some friends. I eat a breakfast of eggs and oatmeal w/raisins at around 8:00am and had been using Surge for peri-workout and then lunch at 12:00 or 1:00.
Now my workout is at at lunch time and I want to use Surge for post workout still. My question is what to fill the awkward gap between 8:00 and 12:00 with. Do I just have a protien shake or a bar or something and then take Surge at 1:00 or 1:30 post workout? That’s a long time without solid food and then my lunch would have to be at like 3:00 in the afternoon at work which might be a pain to do. I am having good results eating clean but it is quite a hassle. Any advice appreciated.
