AM Nutrition

Quick question regarding nutrition before my AM workout.

Right now, my mornings look like this:

Hour Before workout:
Two servings FibreOne w/ milk
Casein Protein Shake

Workout:
Surge

Post:
Finish Surge

Hour later:
Casein Shake
Banana

That gets me to about 9 or 10 AM in the day. Any suggestions/comments?

It’s difficult to make recommendations w/o knowing what type of dietary strategy you’re following.

For most people I’d recommend getting more carbs in their meal after Surge.
