Fuck me blind, he’s got the maxi pad on for the bench? WTCuss? I did bench for the first time in like 5 years on thursday. This shit makes me not want to do it again for 5 years. I also love the massive belt on the last guys bench. dude should invest in some corsets.

Wow, you learn something new everyday. It’s cool to see your bones bend.
the greatest part is he almost doesn’t even bend his arms… when he humps his shoulders get lowered and he shift the weight forward to touch his crotch… then he just lowers his butt bringing his shoulders up again to complete the “rep.” Basically doing absolutely nothing but holding weight while he raises and lowers his ass
"@frdman lol thanks bro. i hit 450 yesturday like it was nothing. today i tried it and couldnt even get 430 once… im just tired i think. and lazy. i got 410 6 times yesturday too. only got it 4 today. i felt weak. "
I’m a personal trainer at a country club that doesn’t have an awful lot of free weights. Because of this I lift at a bad ass gym with boards, bands, vertecs, prowlers, bumper plates, etc…
Anyway, I was swamped the other day and couldn’t make it to my gym so had to do legs at the country club. There’s no squat rack so was doing deads when I noticed a pretty thin guy load up 2 plates on the bench. He then goes to the slanted sit-up bench and starts stretching the shit out of his back.
I mean a good 3-4 minutes of stretching. When he gets up he smiles at me, walks over to the bench and cranks out 5 of the most god awful reps you’ve ever seen. Basically the same as the clown in the second vid. When I’m watching him bench I realize he has no left hand! He was resting the bar on his “nub” and going to town. He was switching between extreme back strethcing and the worst bench reps you’ve ever seen.
At one point during my deads I hear “a little help!?!?!?” and I look over and he’s about to get buried with his ass at least a foot off the bench. I drop the bar, run over and carefully help him place the bar on the supports. He said something self depricating, smiled and went back to his stretches.
I wanted to tell him to drop the weight by 40 or so pounds, or offer my services or something but felt weird about it due to his “condition”. I finished my workout and went back to work.
In this guys defense… I went to the gym with my buddy yesterday for bench day. I tried to explain to him this video and demonstrate the ridiculous form this guy uses for his 440 pound bench… I couldnt figure out how to do it with a single plate let alone 400 on there. Fucking impossible.
Wait, isn’t that how high he always raises his butt when he benches? And are there videos of him squatting and deadlifting if he’s really “training for powerlifting”? I’m sure he has a decent deadlift and squat since it seems that he’s working his lower back pretty damn hard while benching.

Don’t you know? Osteomalacia is the new cool thing to have. Why let the anorexics have all the glory?
