Just finished week 1

Level 3 conditioning, group 2 exercises.
Training for Tough Mudder later this year, also trying to get myself back in shape.

3RM for Lifts:
Power Cleans from Floor 185lbs
Push Press 155lbs
Back Squat 315lbs
Pull-Ups (Bodyweight)
Bench Press 185lbs

Added rear delt flyes, calf raises and the prowler for some more suffering on the off days.
