At 5ft 9in my inseam is 28in…
What is that? On the ‘leggy’ side? On the ‘trunk-ey’ side?
For comparison, Michael Phelps reportedly is like 6ft 5in despite having 29in legs.
Also, for your aesthetics, would you rather have a longer body or longer legs - and what does it mean for the lifts and sports you will be good at? E.g. I know sprinters benefit from long legs because their center of gravity is higher, and deadlifters benefit from having short backs, but I haven’t heard of a sport that benefits short legs…
Personally, I like my women with proportionally long legs so I’d like to be built in the opposite way.

28 inseam and 29 inch legs are not the same thing
