For the past three months I just had my set split for the week with more volume/frequency for the body parts that I thought I needed to bring up and then I’d just do whatever I felt like doing in the gym that day. Sometimes I felt like going for super high volume and a crazy pump while other days I’d do low volume and just go heavy and sometimes I’d mess around with weird exercises and supersets etc… I think as long as the muscle is being stimulated with enought TUT and tension then you’ll grow
