I lied in my last post, made some improvements even though my training has been a little hectic and off track this june and july.

Bench Press 265x8
No spot dumped on the ninth rep lol, foolish me.

what are you lifting atm Austin? I’v been lurking/very rarely posting and i’ve been watching your progress. What you doing for the 4 exercises you mentioned above for 1 rep or 5 reps or what ever your doing atm?

Hey thanks for you interest man. It’s been a out a year and a half so I definetly need to show some progress lol.

Looking at me log, my bench has gone from a ver sloppy 335 to a clean 370, and 335 for four reps. My barbell curl went from 135 x 2 to 165 x 5, my DB rows went from 120 x 8 to 170 x 10. I gave up squats and deadlifts do to an injury however I began deadlifting again and can pull the same amount of weight and I replaced squats with hack squats and rep 5 wheels per side ass to grass. My shoulder press has gone from maybe 175 x 1 to 225 x 1 without even training it.

To be honest I feel like over the past six months I learned how to workout so the gains next year should be even much better as my gains have been made primamrily in the past six months.

That’s impressive progress congratulations, close to the 405 bench press. Be careful though, i tore my chest chasing that goal, i had similar bench strength to you and now i haven’t benched for more then 3 months:(. But yeah anyway keep up the good work i really like your positive attitude.

Looking back at my post, I’ve gotten decently stronger than then too, my weights have been going up pretty fucking fast lately…Thanks for checking in man, be good.
