Attempted Deadlift

I’m currently addressing the squatting issue. I ignored the wheels for most of my teen years and have only started to give them the attention they deserve in the past 8 months or so.

when ever I max out I always get 1 or 2 of my gym buddies to spot me, it helps ease the mind. I’m sure someone will spot you, if they don’t their assholes.

Yeah, I’ve thought about it. I don’t see a need to max out at this point when I’m doing working sets with a 3-4rm.
