Thanks Steve. Trust me, the “huge” isn’t all good…shoulders, arms and legs = good…torso, not so much. lol
On a good note…I have noticed lately that I am having a hard time getting my elbow sleeves on. I have been griping about it for months. Jennifer pointed out, tonight, that my arms are now 19 1/2". They were just below 18" when I bought the sleeves.

This week has been hell. We are moving our datacenter…not a fun thing for us network guys. Lifting was the last thing I felt like doing today. It was also what I needed most. Not a bad workout, in the end.

Just jumping in to say that I am still here…before Bulldog and OG can chastise me. Just busier than busy.
Nothing epic to report. No significant PRs. My triceps feel like they are about to detach, though. I started some isolation work, on Sunday, after bench, and I just kept doing sets…single sets, supersets, drop sets, rest/pause, over and over. Not sure what possessed me, but I am paying for it.
I was just going to come by and knock on your door to see if Mrs Strick would let you out to play…but it seems you’re busy with the work thing ( bummer, but I get it)…I’ll come by another day…and good luck!
