Off to my 6 year old’s 1st team sport game ever…tackle football. If he was half as amped as I am, they would ban him from playing.
What I would give to be able to take 10% of his energy and give him 10% of my aggression…lol.

The bench weights felt heavy as hell. Despite that, I was pleased with the 315x10. That is only the second time I have managed 10 reps at that weight.

Just jumping in to say that I am still here…before Bulldog and OG can chastise me. Just busier than busy.
Nothing epic to report. No significant PRs. My triceps feel like they are about to detach, though. I started some isolation work, on Sunday, after bench, and I just kept doing sets…single sets, supersets, drop sets, rest/pause, over and over. Not sure what possessed me, but I am paying for it.
