If your knees buckle in, try and spread the floor apart with your feet. It goes hand in hand with pushing the knees out but I like the concept better. It’s also good coz it activates your glutes and can help you to squat lower (no idea why, personal feeling)
exactly how do you define ATG? For me, true ass touching the floor is impossible (Tibia/fibula is longer than femur). I assume that is common and ATG is just a misnomer. I commonly hear ass to calves but the most I can get on that is calves to the bottom of my hamstrings.

ATG means “Ass to the grass” not ground. I guess it depends on how short they mow the grass in your respective squat/power racks.
