ATG Squat?

^Could be a difference in weight too though. I’m not squatting as much as I use to with this stance, yet.

I currently take all my squats to where my butt is literally only a couple inches off the ground. That allows me to challenge myself while using a weight small enough that it doesn?t hurt my back.

that’s the exact same reason I squat deep as well. My lower body sessions are always designed to keep spinal loading as minimal as possible. Front squatting deep with pre-exhausted quad and hams every time for me.[/quote]

I try to fuck up my spine every single time I step in the gym. I begin by falling out of the car directly onto my back, and then staggering through the front door in a concussed daze. Different strokes for different folks I suppose.

but you gotta make sure that you squat so much that they start to turn into good mornings

Just gain 70lbs and intentionally fall off a horse onto a concrete pavement. You’ll get way better results this way. If anybody asks, insist it was a accident.
